　　【导语】美国英语和英国英语在日期的书写上有很大的不同，那么区别是什么呢？下面是®无忧考网整理发布的英文日期的书写方式，欢迎阅读参考！更多相关讯息请关注®无忧考网！ 　　一、在英国英语中，通常可有两种表达法。即 　　（以“1988年5月2日”为例） 　　1. 写法：(the) 2(nd) May, 1988 　　读法：the second of May, nineteen eighty-eight 　　2. 写法：May (the) 2(nd), 1988 　　读法：May the second, nineteen eighty-eight 　　★注意★ 　　1）写法中，日期与月份之间不可加逗号。 　　2）写法中，年份前的逗号可以省略。 　　3）写法中，代表日期的序数词词尾（-st，-nd, -rd或-th ）均可省略。 　　4）写法中，序数词前的定冠词the，一般可省略（尤其是以序数词开头的场合）；但在读法中，该定冠词则不省略。 　　二、在美国英语中，通常只采用一种表达法。即 　　（以“1988年5月2日”为例） 　　写法：May 2(nd), 1988 　　读法：May second, nineteen eighty-eight 　　★注意★ 　　1）写法中，日期与月份之间不可加逗号。 　　2）写法中，年份前的逗号可以省略。 　　3）写法中，代表日期的序数词词尾（-st，-nd, -rd或-th ）均可省略。 　　4）写法中，序数词前的定冠词the，一般可省略；在读法中，该定冠词一般亦省略。 　　三、无论英国英语或美国英语，在需要突出年月日的场合（尤其是在正式文件中），均可采用以下表达法。即 　　（以“1988年5月2日”为例） 　　写法：the second (day) of May, in the year (of) 1988 　　读法：the second (day) of May, in the year (of) nineteen eighty-eight 　　四、书写时，还可以完全采用数字表示。这时，英国英语与美国英语在表达上大相径庭。即 　　（以“1988年5月2日”为例） 　　英国式：2. 5. 88；2-5-88；2 / 5 / 88 　　美国式：5. 2. 88；5-2-88；5 / 2 / 88 　　对比以上可以清楚看出，两种表达式存在严重差异，即在月份和日期方面完全颠倒。因此，在用纯数字模式的场合，极易产生混淆。 　　五、为避免书写时由上述方面的差异所带来的混淆，近来有人主张，在纯数字模式下，月份统一采用罗马数字表示。即 　　（以“1988年5月2日”为例） 　　英国式：2. Ⅴ. 88；2-Ⅴ-88；2 / Ⅴ/ 88 　　美国式：Ⅴ. 2. 88；Ⅴ-2-88；Ⅴ/ 2 / 88 　　六、不论英国英语或美国英语，有时出于需要，在年月日表达的同时标明“星期几”，按习惯应遵循“‘星期’在前，‘年月日’在后”的原则。比如，不能说： 　　（以“1988年5月2日星期一”为例） 　　*May (the) 2(nd), 1988, Monday ✖ 　　而应说： 　　Monday, May (the) 2(nd), 1988 ✔ 　　七、不论英国英语或美国英语，书写时，月份还常用缩略式（May除外）。即 　　January ~ Jan. / Jan （一月） 　　February ~ Feb. / Feb （二月） 　　March ~ Mar. / Mar （三月） 　　April ~ Apr. / Apr （四月） 　　May （五月） 　　June ~ Jun. / Jun （六月） 　　July ~ Jul. / Jul （七月） 　　August ~ /`Aug. / Aug （八月） 　　September ~ Sept. / Sep. / Sep （九月） 　　October ~ Oct. / Oct （十月） 　　November ~ Nov. / Nov （十一月） 　　December ~ Dec. / Dec （十二月） 　　以上，缩略式中的圆点号可以省略。 　　上述观点，可从若干权威性的惯用法辞书中寻得基本佐证，如英国Michael Swan的Practical English Usage （Oxford University Press, 1980）以及我国葛传槼的《英语惯用法词典》（时代出版社，1963，新修订本）等著作中都有相关说明（详见前书§168；后书p.59）。 　　最后，附带提醒一下，在年月日的表达方面，所谓的英国英语与美国英语之间，实际应用中并无清晰严格的界限，不少人似乎更乐于随心所欲，投其所好。　　日期[ri qi]是一个汉语词汇，意思是约定的日子和时间，指发生某一事情的确定的日子或时期。《元史·郝经传》等均有相关记载。 　　日期用英文怎么写？ 　　date 　　英 [deɪt] 美 [deɪt] 　　n.日期;日子;年代;时期;时候;会晤时间;约见时间 　　v.注明日期;写上日期;确定年代;过时;不流行 　　第三人称单数： dates 复数： dates 现在分词： dating 过去式： dated 过去分词： dated 　　date的双语例句 　　1.Once the decision is reached, he can date and sign the sheet 　　一旦决议达成，他就可以在这张纸上签署日期和姓名了。 　　2.Has the departure date been fixed? 　　起程的日期定了吗？ 　　3.The date of the election was fixed 　　选举日期定下来了。 　　4.Will the date suit you? 　　这个日期对你合适么？ 　　5.The country's election commission has advanced the date of parliamentary elections by three days. 　　该国的选举委员会将议会选举日期提前了3天。 　　date的常见句型 　　用作名词 (n.) 　　1.The date on the coin is 1956. 　　这硬币上的日期为1956年。 　　用作动词 (v.) 　　用作不及物动词 　　S+date(+A) 　　1.She doesn't date often. 　　她不常有约会。 　　用作及物动词 　　S+date+ nhttps://sy.xhd.cn/m/ksjq/xwzx/pron. 　　1.He dated the arrival of each new bird. 　　每只新来的鸟到达的日期他都记下了。 　　用作宾补动词 　　S+date+ nhttps://sy.xhd.cn/m/ksjq/xwzx/pron. +as n. 　　1.The unusual shape of the pot dates it as about A.D. 400. 　　这个壶的特殊形状使人们可以确定它的年代大约为公元400年。 　　其他 　　v -ed as Attrib. 　　1.She used rather dated words and phrases. 　　她使用的词语未免太陈旧了。 　　date的常用短语 　　用作名词 (n.) 　　at an early date 　　不久,在最近期间 before long;
